The same functionality is now required for the Air module so that each HAWB under a File Reference can have its own Sub File Reference for operational and document tracking purposes, which will be used by the Finance team.

Requirement Summary¶

Generate a Sub File Reference for each HAWB under an Air File Reference and display/use it across selected screens and reports.

Functional Requirements¶

1. Generate Sub File Reference per HAWB¶

When a HAWB is created/linked under a File Reference:

• System should automatically generate a unique Sub File Reference for each HAWB.

2. Configuration-Based Visibility¶

Use the existing configuration approach similar to Ocean module:

Display Sub File Reference

Location:

• Settings → Configuration → File Reference

Behaviour¶

• If enabled:
  • Sub File Reference is displayed
• If disabled:
  • Sub File Reference is hidden

3. File Reference Screen Display¶

Display the generated Sub File Reference in:

• HAWB Information grid/list section

4. Document Usage¶

Display the Sub File Reference in:

• NOA (Notice of Arrival)
• AOA (Advice of Arrival)
• Invoice
• Cost and Sales Report
• and all other future reports

5. Search & Retrieval¶

Sub File Reference should:

• Be saved in database
• Be retrievable when reopening HAWB/File Reference
• Be available for future filtering/searching
