Steps to reproduce issue

Env: Qualif

  • Click request for Quotation
  • Do an RFQ
  • Submit
  • Navigate again to Request for Quotation
  • Select existing
  • Insert email address
  • Retrieve OTP
  • Navigate on Container and Shipment Details section
  • Fields are not selected

Actual

  • Fields are unselected ( see attached)

Expected

  • Fields should remain selected
