**Steps to reproduce issue** 

 Env: Qualif 

 * Click request for Quotation 
 * Do an RFQ 
 * Submit 
 * Navigate again to Request for Quotation 
 * Select existing 
 * Insert email address 
 * Retrieve OTP 
 * Navigate on Container and Shipment Details section 
 * Fields are not selected 

 **Actual** 

 * Fields are unselected ( see attached) 

 **Expected** 

 * Fields should remain selected
