Description

Steps:

  1. Create file reference with 2 HBL, HBL A and HBL B, Save file
  2. Re-access the file and delete HBL B
  3. Clone HBL A
  4. HBL with dummy reference displayed
  5. Add an additional cost

Issue 1: when clicking on update the Cloned HBL, it says it already exists

Issue 2: Cannot save file reference

Steps:

  1. Update the dummy reference to HBL B
  2. Proceed to update HBL
  3. Click on Save File reference
