closedOcean & Air CCS: Cannot reset/change password via option 'click on Forget Password'
Description
We have received feedback from several clients regarding an issue when attempting to reset their passwords on both Ocean CCS and Air CCS platforms.
Upon entering their username and the captcha code on the password reset screen and clicking “Submit,” they are not receiving the reset email as expected. Instead, the system keeps prompting them to enter a new captcha repeatedly.
Grateful if you could look into this issue and take the necessary action so that clients can successfully use the "Forgot Password" feature to reset their passwords.
