Description

Please create a Credit Form for MCL & CP World according to the format provided below.

The form should be available if a client is tagged as a credit client, be it during client creation or updating an existing client's payment terms.

The user should be able to download the credit form from the client maintenance screen and should also have the functionality to upload the signed document.
