File Reference: Unable to delete HBL reference

Description

Steps to reproduce issue

  • Navigate to Ocean > Export > File Reference Screen
  • From the list select a File reference ( status = In progress)
  • Click on the + sign , Add an HBL
  • Fill in all required fields
  • Under sales section , Add Sales
  • Save File reference
  • Select any HBL, click on Delete

Actual

  • HBL reference number is not being deleted from the list (See attached)
  • PSQLException: ERROR: update or delete on table "billoflading"violates foreign key constraint "fkj7lewyttf9xssrkm8r5fxnl4n"on table "charge"Detail: Key(id)=(169)is still referenced from table "charge".

Expected

  • HBL reference number should not be displayed after it has been deleted
