Description

Creation of a file reference with one HBL (IBL110526).
Click on the clone 'Icon' and insert another HBL (HASHIM0712).
Click on the 'Add HBL' button.

Despite a new HBL has been added, the system found it as 'Already Existed'.

Grateful if you could look into the matter.
