Scope:
Air Freight Module – Custom Clearance / Air Clearing

Description:
Enhance the Air Clearing module to display the appropriate shipment reference based on the source record selected during file creation. Where a Clearing file is created using an existing MAWB, the MAWB Reference should be shown. Where created using an existing HAWB, the HAWB Reference should be shown.

Functional Requirements:

• If the Air Clearing file is created using Use Existing MAWB, display the MAWB Reference.
• If the Air Clearing file is created using Use Existing HAWB, display the HAWB Reference.
• Reference should be visible on the Air Clearing screen and stored against the file.
• If created manually or through quotation, behaviour should follow existing reference logic unless otherwise specified.
• Reference field should be read-only once linked, unless re-binding is permitted by existing rules.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. MAWB Reference is displayed when file is linked from MAWB.
2. HAWB Reference is displayed when file is linked from HAWB.
3. Reference is saved correctly against the Clearing file.
4. User can clearly identify the linked shipment source.
5. Existing file creation methods remain unaffected.
