Environment: Staging v 1.1.19

Steps:

1. Create an Import File Reference
2. Mark it as Landing & Shipping and set the file status to Completed
3. Create an Export File Reference
4. Link the previously created Import File Reference (HBL) and complete the Export File
5. Go back to the Import File Reference
6. Remove Landing & Shipping

Expected Result: The system should prevent removal of Landing & Shipping once the Import File is completed and already used in an Export File Reference

Actual Result: The system allows removal of Landing & Shipping in the Import File Reference despite it being completed and already linked to an Export File
