Description¶

When creating or editing an Export File, users should be able to link an Import HBL that is marked as Landing/Shipping.

If an Import HBL is selected:

• The system must validate that the Import HBL is flagged as Landing/Shipping
• Once selected, the Import HBL should be linked to the Export File via reference and internal ID

This ensures proper traceability between Import and Export documents where Landing/Shipping HBLs are involved.

Functional Requirements¶

1. In Export File Reference, allow selection of Import HBL records.
2. Only Import HBLs marked as Landing/Shipping = Yes On selection:
   • Store the Import HBL Reference Number
   • Store the Import HBL Unique ID
3. Prevent linking Import HBLs not marked as Landing/Shipping.

Acceptance Criteria¶

• ✅ User can search and select Import HBLs in Export File Reference.
• ✅ Selected Import HBL is saved with both reference and ID.
• ✅ No impact on existing Export or Import workflows.
