closedHouse Air waybill - Charge displaying wrong exchange rate for foreign currency
Description
Kindly note that when selecting a charge that was set as a foreign currency in Maintenance (USD), the exchange rate is displaying 1 instead of 47.5
Steps:
- Access House Air waybill
- Go to cost and sales
- Start adding charges either in cost or sales section
- Select a charge with foreign currency
Issue: Exchange rate is displaying 1 instead of 47.5

Additional Observation:

Proceed to change the Currency to MUR, the exchange rate remains 1

Then rechange the currency to USD, now the exchange rate is displaying 47 (Also 47 is buying rate, it should display 47.5 which is the selling rate)
