Description

Tanuja from EDL has requested to add the VAT-related columns in the Charges CSV template.

Scope

Update the Charges CSV template to include VAT-related fields:

  • VAT Code
  • VAT Description
  • VAT Percentage

Proposed Changes

Add the following columns to the Charges CSV template:

  • VAT Code
  • VAT Description (e.g., Standard Tax Rate, Taxable 0%, Exempt Item/Service)
  • VAT Percentage

Ensure these fields are aligned with the values configured in the Charges screen.

Acceptance Criteria

  • VAT columns are added to the Charges CSV template.
  • VAT values are correctly populated when downloading the CSV.
  • CSV upload supports VAT fields and processes them correctly.
  • VAT values in the CSV match those configured in the Charges screen.
  • No regression impact on existing CSV download functionality.
