Notice of Arrival - Missing Bank details

Description
The Notice of Arrival (NOA) PDF is missing the required bank details section. This information needs to be included to ensure completeness and support payment processing.
Requirements:
- Add a dedicated section for bank details in the NOA PDF
- Ensure the following fields are included:
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- SWIFT Code
- Currency
- Maintain consistent formatting with the existing PDF layout
- Ensure the information is clearly visible and properly aligned
- Do not display bank details when NOA is generated without charges
Acceptance Criteria:
- When "Include Charges" is selected → Bank details are visible in the NOA PDF
- When "Exclude Charges" is selected → Bank details are not displayed
- Bank details are displayed correctly in the NOA PDF
- No disruption to existing layout or data fields
- PDF renders correctly across all environments
