Steps:

1. Create RFQ MACCS26QAFI03080
2. Uploaded a document in the RFQ
3. Access FFS, retrieve the request and load portfolio in the charges section.
4. Delete a charge in the list of charges retrieved from the portfolio.
5. Click on update

Issue: Cannot save the quotation.
