Description

The client wanted to record the Landing Tag and Shipping Tag details within the Bill of Entry form.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Landing Tag Field: Add a new input checkbox and text field to the form. It should be placed below "Status Type"
  • Shipping Tag Field: Add a new input checkbox and field to the form. It should be placed below "Status Type" adjacent to the Landing Tag field.
  • Both fields must use the same styling as the existing fields (including the text name).
