Description

The client wanted to record the Landing Tag and Shipping Tag details within the Bill of Entry form.

Acceptance Criteria

Landing Tag Field: Add a new input checkbox and text field to the form. It should be placed below "Status Type"
Shipping Tag Field: Add a new input checkbox and field to the form. It should be placed below "Status Type" adjacent to the Landing Tag field.
Both fields must use the same styling as the existing fields (including the text name).
