Enhancement Requirement

The current Original Amount column is behaving incorrectly because it displays the remaining balance after credit notes are issued, rather than the initial charged amount.

Enhancement:

• Rename the existing Original Amount column to Available Amount.
• Add a new Original Amount column.

Column definitions:

Available Amount

• Represents the remaining amount still eligible for credit.
• Updates as credit notes are issued.

Original Amount

• Represents the initial charge amount at the time of billing.
• Must remain fixed and unchanged, regardless of any credit note activity.
• Is displayed for informational/reference purposes only.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The column currently labeled Original Amount is renamed to Available Amount.
2. Available Amount shows the remaining balance after credit notes have been applied.
3. A new Original Amount column is added.
4. The new Original Amount displays the initial billed/charged amount.
5. The new Original Amount remains unchanged after any credit note activity.
6. Users can clearly distinguish between:
   • the original billed amount
   • the remaining amount available for credit

Expected Outcome

Users can see both:

• the full original charge for reference, and
• the current available amount remaining for credit processing.
