Rename the label "Switch BL" to “Switch BL/Cross Trade” in Ocean Export FCL Screen under the HBL Section, to cater for shipments involving Cross Trade.

The purpose is to allow users to explicitly identify HBL records that relate to Cross Trade transactions.

Expected Behaviour:

• The toggle button Switch BL/Cross Trade is displayed in the HBL section of the Export FCL screen.
• The user can switch the toggle between Yes / No.
• Default value should be No unless otherwise specified.
• The field should be saved and retrieved with the HBL record.
• The field should be available in Edit/View HBL mode, same as the other existing toggles.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The current toggle named Switch BL has been renamed to Switch BL/Cross Trade in the HBL Details section on the Export FCL screen.
2. The toggle follows the same UI behaviour and design as the existing toggle buttons.
3. Default value is No.
4. User can update the value during HBL creation and edit.
5. Saved value is correctly displayed when the HBL is reopened.
6. No impact on existing toggles and current HBL functionality.
