Description

MCL requested MACCS to provide an Excel template for the Unlinked Invoice functionality.

This template will then be used by MCL to capture and prepare clients’ opening balances prior to Go-Live.

Functional Requirements

The Excel template shall:

  • Be structured for Unlinked Invoice upload.
  • Include mandatory fields required for system import.
  • Clearly define column format and data type (e.g., date format, numeric fields).
  • Include sample row for guidance (optional but recommended).
