Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Air portfolio
Click on Add Charge Profile
Select Agent
Select Supplier
Select Cargo Type
Insert Effective Period
Click on Add Charge button

Actual

Warning message is displayed "Please save or cancel the current editing row first" (see attached)

Expected

User should be allowed to enter charge
