Steps to reproduce issue

• Navigate to Air> Air craft > Manage Airline
• Click on the + sign to Add an AIRLINE
• Insert data in the following text fields ( ICAO Code, Airline, Prefix)
• Click Add button

Actual

• Error failed to save message is displayed ( see attached)

Expected

• Save successfully should be displayed
