Analysis of Flight Reference / ATP Usage by Freight Forwarders & Feasibility of AirCCS API Integration

Conduct an analysis of how flight references (ATP) are currently utilized by freight forwarders within the system. Evaluate the possibility of integrating with the AirCCS API to fetch a list of flights for seamless data exchange.

This will support the alignment of flight data across systems and help automate manifest linking.

Objectives:

Assess current use of flight reference/ATP data in freight forwarding workflows.

Investigate whether AirCCS API can be called to fetch real-time or scheduled flight information.

Understand compatibility and potential integration touchpoints between AirCCS and our system.

Outcome:

Run a test scenario using a file interface populated with flight-reference data.

Validate if this interface can be successfully integrated into our system.

Maintain the same flight reference format within the FFA system, enabling its reuse to link manifests.

Ensure that the integration allows for proper CDC data updates from CCS to manifest records on the FFA.
