When adding a charge, the VAT field is not automatically populated after selecting a charge from the Charge dropdown list, even though the charge has an associated VAT configuration.

This results in the user having to manually select the VAT, which may lead to incorrect VAT application or missed VAT entries.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new quotation.
2. Go to "Charges" section.
3. Click Add Charges Icon.
4. Select a charge from the Charge dropdown (e.g. SFECCS – MACCS FEES).
5. Observe the VAT field.

Expected Result

• The VAT field should be automatically selected based on the VAT linked to the selected charge.
• The VAT Amount and Total should update accordingly.

Actual Result

• The VAT field remains empty (Select VAT).
• User must manually select the VAT.
• The VAT Amount remains 0.00 until VAT is manually chosen.
