A new column for displaying the partial credit notes should be added to the Cost & Sales PDF and the calculation of profit should take these partial credit notes into consideration.

These partial credit notes must be included in profit calculations and reflected in the Cost & Sales charts at both Vessel level and House level.

The PDF should not display full credit notes, and they should also be excluded from chart calculations and visuals.

Acceptance Criteria

Partial Credit Note Column (PDF)

• A new column is added to the Cost & Sales PDF to display the Partial Credit Note Amount per charge.
• The column is populated only for charges with partial credit notes.

Charges Without Partial Credit Notes

• For charges without partial credit notes:

  The Partial Credit Note column displays 0.00 (or blank, as per the formatting standard).

Exclude Full Credit Notes

• Charges with full credit notes:
  • Are not displayed in the Partial Credit Note column.
  • Are not considered in profit calculations.
  • Are not considered in vessel- or house-level charts.

Profit Calculation

• Profit calculations in the Cost & Sales PDF must:
  • Deduct partial credit note amounts from the respective charge values.
  • Exclude full credit notes entirely from calculations.

Vessel Level Chart

• The Cost & Sales charts at the vessel level reflect the following:
  • The net values are calculated only after applying partial credit notes.
  • Full credit notes have no impact.

House Level Chart

• Cost & Sales charts at the house level reflect:
  • Only partial credit notes are applied to the net values.
  • No impact from full credit notes.

Layout

• No changes to existing PDF layout or chart design except for:
  • Addition of the Partial Credit Note column
  • Updated calculated values
