Tenant: MACCS
Environment: Staging V1.1.14
Issue:
The Filter by Status is not functioning properly in the Payment Request Screen.

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the Payment Request screen.
- Select a value in the Status filter (e.g., Payment Effected).
- Apply the search/filter.
- Results list remains the same; the list is not filtered.
Acceptance Criteria
- Status filter returns only records matching the selected status.
- Filter works correctly for all available statuses (e.g. Sent, Approved, Payment Effected).
- Status filter works in combination with other filters (date range, supplier, reference).
- Clearing the Status filter resets the results correctly.
