Description
Remove Bank details from the configuration settings, as users are mistakenly assuming this is the default bank.

Acceptance Criteria
- Bank details are no longer visible in the configuration settings.
- Users cannot misinterpret any bank as the default based on configuration data.
- Existing system functionality remains unaffected by the removal.
- It is verified that the removed bank is not required or referenced elsewhere in the system.
