Description

Charges marked as 'Disbursement' should be excluded when transmitting the house manifest to CCS.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Charges flagged as 'Disbursement' are not included in the house manifest transmitted to CCS.
  • Only non-disbursement charges are transmitted to CCS.
  • The exclusion applies consistently to all house manifest transmissions.
  • Existing transmission logic for non-disbursement charges remains unchanged.
  • No transmission errors occur as a result of the exclusion.
