Description

Tenant: Logideals; v 1.1.13-SNAPSHOT

Environment: Live

Issue:
The system does not allow the Volume field to be set to 0 in Shipment Cost (Add Container). A validation error is displayed, and the record cannot be saved.

Acceptance Criteria:
The system should allow the Volume field to accept 0 as a valid value, and the Shipment Cost record should be saved successfully, in line with CCS (House Manifest) behavior.
