Tenant: Logideals; v 1.1.13-SNAPSHOT

Environment: Live

Logideals requested the ability to apply discounts on the overall invoice amount, and not only at individual line-charge level.

Users should be able to apply a discount on the overall invoice total, and it should be correctly reflected in the final amount.
