Issue:

Currently, profit-and-loss calculations are including both prepaid and collected charges, even when one of these charges are configured not to be displayed. This results in incorrect profitability figures across multiple operational and reporting screens.

The system must check the configuration settings for displaying Prepaid and Collect charges when computing Profit & Loss. Same logic as we have done for Invoice.

This rule must be applied consistently across all areas where Profit & Loss is calculated, including but not limited to:

• Notice of Arrival (NOA)
• Advice of Arival (AOA)
• Working Sheet
• File Reference Profit & Loss charts
• Any other Profit & Loss views, dashboards, or reports

Examples:

Ocean Import

• If Prepaid charges are NOT selected in the configuration settings:
  • Prepaid charges must be excluded from Profit & Loss calculations.

Ocean Export

• If Collect charges are NOT selected in the configuration settings:
  • Collect charges must be excluded from Profit & Loss calculations.
