Receipt: User is able to process receipt for mode of payment 'cheque' without selecting Reference Number

Description
Steps to reproduce issue
- Navigate to Accounting > Receipt
- Select an invoice which has payment status as unpaid
- Under Process Receipt section, Select all the mandatory fields except Reference Number
- Select Mode of Payment cheque
- Click on the blue arrow >>
Actual
- User is able to process with Save receipt ( see attached)
Expected
- The blue arrow >> should be disable and a pop up message should be displayed 'Insert a Reference Number '
