Currently, during new tenant creation, the system automatically populates default charges in Maintenance Charges. These charges are created without complete configurations (e.g., missing Shipment Channel and Cargo Type), resulting in inconsistent data and additional manual corrections.

To avoid incorrect or incomplete charge setups, we suggest that no charges be auto-populated during tenant creation.

Proposed Solution:

• Remove the automatic creation of default charges when a new tenant is created.
• Allow users or administrators to manually create and configure charges as needed after tenant setup.
