Please find below the list of features and requirements identified by Ground 2Air:

SmartGo – Current Supported Versions

• FFM: Version 8
• FSU: Version 12
• FBL: Version 3
• FWB & FHL - ??
  
  Please also confirm whether we are expected to generate additional message versions, as there are airlines that are still using older formats.

Modules for Upcoming Development

• We should proceed with the development of the FWB and FHL modules.

ULD Management

• The system should be capable of receiving UCM IN and UCM OUT messages to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Any mismatch between our ULD inventory and the airline’s records will cause FFM messages to fail at destination.

ECSD (Electronic Consignment Security Declaration)

• SmartGo currently includes a SCAN option, but additional development is required to meet upcoming airline compliance.

Flight Creation

• SSIM integration should be enabled for more accurate flight setup.

FBL Module

• The FBL function is operational but needs to support integration of FBL messages received from GSAs.

FSU Module – Missing Common Types

The following commonly used FSU statuses are currently unavailable in SmartGo and should be added:

• NFD – Import: Consignment arrived at destination; consignee/agent informed.
• RCT – Import: Consignment received from another carrier.
• TFD – Transfer: Consignment transferred to another airline.
• DIS – Discrepancy: Shipment received with discrepancy.
• NFM

Import – Invoice

• Automatic generation and emailing of a PDF copy of the Import Gate Pass.
