Description

When opening the Shipment Cost section, the Status dropdown currently shows the placeholder “Select a Status”. As per the requirement, the default value should be “PROVISIONAL”, so users don’t have to manually select it each time.

Expected Result:
The Status field should automatically be pre-selected with “PROVISIONAL” when loading the Shipment Cost page.

Actual Result:
The Status dropdown displays the placeholder “Select a Status”, and the user must manually choose “PROVISIONAL”.
