Expected Result:
When the user selects an existing client as the Consignee (HBL), the system should automatically populate the BILL TO field with the same client. If the user updates the Consignee to another existing client, the BILL TO field must refresh immediately and display the newly selected Consignee. The BILL TO field should always remain aligned with the latest Consignee chosen.

Actual Result:
On initial selection of a Consignee (HBL), the BILL TO field displays the correct client. However, when the user changes the Consignee to another client, the BILL TO field does not update. The system continues to show the first selected Consignee instead of reflecting the updated selection.

Test Data:
The user first selected ABC Ltd as the Consignee, and the BILL TO field correctly showed ABC Ltd. After updating the Consignee to Kawthur Chummun, the BILL TO field was expected to change accordingly but remained as ABC Ltd.
