Description:

The system should be able to mark a House Bill of Lading (HBL) as having a discrepancy and enter corrected cargo information, so that the system can generate an accurate Cargo Discrepancy Report.

Acceptance Criteria:

1.      Marking Discrepancy

·         The system shall allow the user to mark any HBL as “Discrepancy”.

·         A toggle, checkbox, or button should be provided to activate discrepancy mode.

2.      Entering Correct Cargo Details

2. Once “Discrepancy” is selected, the system shall enable fields for entering:

                                                              i.      Correct/Actual Goods Description

                                                            ii.      Correct Pieces

                                                          iii.      Correct Weight

3. Saving Information
   1. The user shall be able to insert and save the corrected/actual cargo information.
4. Report Generation
   1. After saving, the system shall allow generating a Cargo Discrepancy Report.
   2. The report shall include:

                                                              i.      Original cargo details

                                                            ii.      Corrected cargo details

                                                          iii.      HBL number

                                                          iv.      Date/time discrepancy was recorded

                                                            v.      User who recorded the discrepancy
