Description
Due to a bug, in the integration of FFM and FWBs in CCS for Turkish Airline, we will have to amend the concerned AWB type from TSP to TST in Air CCS module.
Matter has been discussed with @Nirmal and we need to find a way to send those amendments,
The proposed action plan for same can be as follows:
- Nirmal to identify the best way to send those amendments to Customs and eventually who can work on same as he currently working on another underbilling issue
- After having decided on above item, we will communicate (finance and customer care) to the concerned Customer and Customs on the proposed solution and way forward.
The bug has been fixed in September , however for shipments before September will have to rectify accordingly.
The highlighted AWBs in attached list will require immediate action at our level and in that respect, thankful to kindly arrange with Nirmal on this urgency.
We can discuss on the matter for any clarifications.
