Description

Steps to reproduce issue

  • Navigate to Ocean > File Reference > Cross Trade
  • Create File reference
  • Add a container
  • Click Save File Reference

Actual

  • Action button is not displayed

Note: If user clicks on back and navigate back on the page, then Action button is displayed

Expected

  • Action button should be displayed after user clicks on Save File reference
