@noyan_avisham as demonstrated and discussed, kindly note that when choosing an existing quotation in File Reference HBL, the volume retrieved is displaying wrong number.

Steps:

1. Create Request for quotation with goods volume 30

   {width=237 height=266}

2. Create Quotation by updating the request

   {width=234 height=186}

3. Create shipment cost with container volume 32

   {width=434 height=81}

4. Proceed to create file reference

5. Choose shipment reference

6. Proceed to add HBL

7. Click on the 'use existing Quotation' and retrieve the quotation

Issue: when the quotation has been retrieved the HBL volume is displaying 32 instead of 30
