The client proceeded with the House Manifest using CFS Code: HDIKSCA, and the XML was generated to CFS: HDIKSCA.

Later, they changed the CFS Place of Delivery to CFS: HDLHL, but no XML file was generated for CFS: HDLHL, refer as per Ticket 15177.
