Modified airccs_common.maintenance_gha_airlines for AZ -> CORRECTED TEH AIRLINE_COMANY_ID TO 1073

Added config for AZ in table ASPNETDB.MAINTENANCE_GSA in 2.50 equivalent to 65.12

Created FSU billing config for AZ in table [CCS_Billing].[dbo].[TransactionSubscription] in 2.50 equivalent to 65.12
