Currently, users are required to manually re-enter the Number of Pieces and Weight in the HBL, even when dealing with FCL shipments where the data is identical to the Master BL.
This repetitive task increases data entry time and introduces the risk of mismatched or inaccurate details between the Master and the House.

Since, in FCL shipments, a single House is generally linked to one container (and thus one Master BL), these values should be auto-populated from the Master to the HBL upon creation or linking.
Users should still have the flexibility to modify the values if exceptions apply.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Scope
   • Applies only when Shipment Type = FCL.
   • For LCL or Co-Load shipments, the existing manual entry process remains unchanged.
2. Auto-Population Logic

   • When a new HBL is created and linked to an FCL Master BL:

     • The system should automatically copy the following fields from the Master:
       • Number of Pieces (Packages)
       • Weight
     • These values should be visible and editable in the HBL form.

   • If the Master values are later updated, the system should prompt:

     “Number of Pieces and Weight have changed in the Master BL. Do you want to update them in all linked HBLs?”

     • Options: Yes / No
3. Editing Behavior
   • Users can manually override the auto-populated values if required.
4. Validation Rules
   • During Save Final / Confirmed, the system should check for consistency:

     • If the HBL value differs from the Master, no blocking validation — only a non-critical warning:

       “Pieces or weight differ from Master BL. Please verify accuracy.”
