Description
Wadood has confirmed that for MCL and CP World, the system should generate a unique Client Code on M-Freight.
Once the Client Code is created, the Operations Team will be responsible for sharing this code with the Accounting Department to ensure proper linkage between operational and financial department.
This process will help maintain data consistency and improve coordination between departments.
Acceptance Criteria:
- System should be able to generate a unique Client Code for MCL and CP World in M-Freight.
- Each generated Client Code must be unique and non-duplicated across all clients.
- The Accounting Department should be able to use this Client Code for invoicing and financial transactions.
- The generated Client code should be non-modifiable.
