Description

Acceptance Criteria

When creating a new File Reference or related document (HBL, MBL, etc.), the Packaging Type field should be defaulted to “PK”.
Users should be able to change the Packaging Type to another valid option from the dropdown list if necessary.
For imported data (e.g., via EDI or CSV), the system should use the provided value instead of overwriting it with the default.
