A user captures or reuse party details for HAWB (Shipper, Consignee, up to two Notify parties)
Scope
- Sections: Shipper (SHP), Consignee (CNE), Notify (NFY), Notify 1 (NFY1).
- Each section: Search Existing.

| Name | Required, 2–100 chars. |
| Address 1 | Required; Address 2 optional. |
| Place / State | Optional strings up to 50 chars. |
| Country ISO | Exactly 2 letters (ISO‑3166‑1 alpha‑2), uppercase. |
| Post Code | Optional; country‑specific mask where configured. |
| Contact ID | Optional free text (e.g., contact person/ref). |
| Contact Number (TE) | Telephone format validation with country code when available. |

| VAT/EORI/Tax ID | Optional but mandatory for European countries |
Business rules
- If user “Select from Quotation” then auto‑fill Consignee block with the consignee from the Quotation.
- CRUD for parties.
Acceptance criteria
Selecting Consignee via search → populates all fields.

Party picker and CRUD endpoints available; audit of changes.
