House AWB Repository _ Air Import - HAWB Status

Description
The user should be able to confirm and lock the data on a House Air Waybill (HAWB), So that no more changes can be done at a certain stage.
Scope
- HAWB Status Management: Implement a status lifecycle: Draft/In Progress → Confirmed →Approved → Finalized → Sent to Airline.
- Initially Status is Draft/In Progress
- Validation: Require passing only standard field validation before approval.

Business Rules
- Editing Lock: Once the HAWB Status is Finalized, all MAWB and HAWB data fields become read-only. Users with an elevated “Edit_Finalized_HAWB” authority can unlock a Finalized HAWB for editing by providing a reason. This action automatically reverts the HAWB Status back to Draft.

The system must store the following actions in the audit log.
