Description

Aim: Issuance of Notice of Arrival (NOA) and Advice of Arrival (AOA). 

User Stories: 

  1. As an operations officer, I want to upload the NOA received from the airline so that it can be shared with clients. 

  2. As an operations officer, I want to generate and send NOA and AOA to clients manually or via email so that clients are informed about shipment arrivals. 

  3. As an operations officer, I want to customize and download NOA/AOA documents for record keeping.
