Description
Tenant: United Cargo
Environment: Staging
Step 1: Create a quotation for clearance
Step 2: Quotation is approved
Step 3: Create a new clearing file
When selecting “Create Clearing File”, a list appeared. I was expecting to see Company/Individual or Consignee, but instead, Shipper was displayed.
For better understanding, please find the screenshots below:
In my quotation, the Shipper was Faez and the Consignee/Company was Tic Tac Ltd.

Second issue:
When I returned to my quotation, the tick mark I had placed on “Shipper/Consignee” had disappeared. (Refer to the screenshot above).
