steps:

  1. Create vessel schedule: MACCS25MSFE09219

  2. Create shipment cost: MACCS170925SHC09154

  3. Access direct shipment

  4. Select shipment cost

Issue 1: No vessel schedule attached is displayed after selecting the shipment cost
